In the event that a FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FireHouse Ironworks shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to FireHouse Ironworks Ltd..


Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us at (902) 756- 4766 and we’ll be happy to assist you. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your information is securely exchanged on the PayPal payment gateway server which is PCI compliant and secure. We do not keep or have access to your credit card information.


Because our ironwork is one-of-a-kind and produced by hand, we cannot guarantee that the product shipped to you will be identical in size, shape, colour or appearance to the one pictured on our online shop. By placing your order with FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. you agree to purchase a product that is a reasonable facsimile to the item ordered online.


We ship our product with Canada Post and Purolator and offer an online real-time shipping calculator tool. If for some reason the shipping rate is more than what you paid online, you agree to allow us to bill you for the full or remaining shipping charge. We will notify you in advance and if you do not agree, we reserve the right to cancel your order.


Once shipped from our facility, accepting the delivery of your order is your responsibility. If you are not present to accept the delivery of your order, you agree that the shipping provider may leave the package at a nearby location with notification of where your order can be retrieved. It is your responsibility to retrieve your order in a timely fashion from the designated location. You agree to reimburse FireHouse Ironworks for charges by Purolator or Canada Post resulting from a delay in your pick-up of a delivered package, or in the event you refuse to accept the delivery and FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. is charged for return shipping.


We endeavour to ship any ordered product as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. However, you acknowledge and agree that FireHouse Ironworks will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery. Where delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Deposits, Fees, and Payments made in advance of custom commissioned projects and workshops are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a project or workshop.


FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. ships worldwide. Any duties, taxes, tarifs, or other importing fees applied to your product order is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. You agree that FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. is not liable for any additional charges resulting from our product being shipped to any location outside of Canada and you agree to pay any such charges.


Orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged.


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order has been damaged during shipment please contact us within 10 business days at (902) 756 – 4766. You agree to retain the damaged goods and the packaging it arrived in until a return or replacement can be arranged.


Customers should purchase products from FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion and risk. FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.

FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website. The final amount of money due per order is always determined at checkout time, not during shopping cart selection.


These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).


The failure of FireHouse Ironworks Ltd. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.


In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
